Our client is looking for experienced GSM and UMTS RF Planning and Optimisation Engineers, for their projects in various locations: Venezula, Colombia, Bolivia and Ecuador. Engineers must have more than 3 years work experience at GSM/UMTS RNP & RNO. Be well versed with all planning and optimization tools and office software. You will have a professional working way and an excellent working attitude. Experience of HUAWEI BSS will be an advantage. Spanish language is an advantage - We welcome applications from Chinese engineers.
