Engineer Leader (Radio Access Network + Core Network)

This position is responsible for management and delivery of engineering services to new & existing customer networks in Indonesia. The scope of this position includes network design services including RF (radio frequency) access network, network deployment engineering services, RF optimisation and acceptance, network integration support, delivery of managed services to customer networks.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to -

• Accountable for account basis quality post sales engineering deliverables, drive result to meet customer expectation and project needs
• Work closely with sales/marketing and readiness team providing professional technical support to meet customer requirements and help account team to win new business
• Build up service readiness in the team and work closely with PM, I&C and GNTS to complete project deployment on time within budget and with required level of quality
• Drive a self-sufficient, cost effective, highly customer oriented & profitable engineering team
• Develop and motivate individual accountability and expertise in line with potential sales opportunity and contractual deliverables
• Development of processes to streamline and improve delivery of engineering services,
• Engineering budget management
  

In addition to demonstrated team leadership skills , the candidate should be able to demonstrate skills as to the dimensioning of the access and core network .

Appreciation of RF design would be a bonus .
